 Graham Hollick

Born in Kwekwe, he joined Central African Building Society (CABS) on 1st July 1964. Graham qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers of South Africa and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and was appointed Chief Executive of the Society in 1991.  In 1997 he was appointed Group Chief Executive of Old Mutual Central Africa responsible for the group's activities in Zimbabwe, Kenya, Malawi and Botswana and attended to the de-mutulisation and listing of Old Mutual in Zimbabwe in 1998. He attended to the formation of Old Mutual Asset Managers Zimbabwe and Old Mutual Unit Trusts Zimbabwe where he was Chairman whilst holding the positions of Executive Director of Old Mutual Life Assurance Company of Zimbabwe, Deputy Chairmain of CABS and Director of RM Insurance, the subsidiary. In addition, Graham has held numerous non-executive directorships including Delta and CIMAS. He was appointed President of the International Union for Housing Finance, a position he held from 2001 until 2004. Graham retired in 2004 after servng Old Mutual Group for 42 years and now resides in the United kingdom. He is a non-executive director of Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Teaching Hospital where he chairs the Finance Committee. Graham also undertakes tutorials in Operations Management and Quantitative Techniques at Aston Business School in Birmingham. 

Donald Mataranyika

Born in Mutare, Donald has worked in various positions in Finance and Administration for over 17 years. He worked for Cochrane group of companies, listed Seedco (Seed Company of Zimbabwe Limited), Cresta Hospitality a Division of listed TA Holdings Limited, listed Innscor Africa Limited and Nyaradzo Group of Companies for which he is a founder member. He rose through the ranks from Accounts Clerk to Group Financial Director/Executive Director. Donald is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators International (ACIS).

Milton Mukundwa

Born in Domboshawa, Milton has extensive accounting and finance exprience having worked for Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA), Cresta Hospitality (Cresta Lodge, Cresta Churchill and finally Cresta Jameson). He also worked for Revival Fabrics in Zimbabwe. Milton moved to New Zealand in 2002 before moving to Scotland in 2004. He has worked in various financial roles at Grand Sheraton Hotel, Marriott Dalmahoy Hotel and Holiday Inn.

Milton is a holder of a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies(Accounting) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Napier University.
